How do I update to a paid account keeping the existing source code?

We lost the admin credentials because the computer where it was stored is dead. 

None of the existing développeurs cannot do a critical push to complete à migration. System down since last week. 

Can anyone help.?

you can get the admin account,  Reach out to Atlassian support directly.

They have a process for verifying your identity and the ownership of the account.

You can submit a request through their support portal.

Be prepared to provide information about and any relevant details that can help verify your request.
