How do I set parameters for a scheduled job?

I have a manual pipeline job with parameters. 

I want to schedule that job, but want to specify some different values for those parameters. 

How do I do that without having to push a yml change to the default values?

Currently, passing variables is allowed for custom pipeline jobs, but scheduling a custom pipeline job takes default values. We have a feature request to implement passing variables for scheduled custom pipeline jobs, and you can find it here: BCLOUD-20328 - Pass Pipeline Variables to scheduled jobs.
