How do I reuse a commit comment?

I'm doing a lot of similar corrections on various files. In SourceTreeow do I reuse a comment from an earlier commit that describes what I've done?

There is a clock icon in the commit window, above the commit message box, on the left side of the commit options. If you click that, it gives a list of recent commit messages.
