How do I delete this workspace?

I'm trying to completely delete this workspace, but the directions from Atlassian do not work. It says to go to the workspace and a page will pop up with a "Delete" button. Well, when I go to this workspace, there's no page with any option like that. It just says "Welcome to Bitbucket" and "Pull Requests" (empty) and "Jira Issues" (empty). I no longer need this workspace and would like to delete it.

1. Navigate the workspace that you want to delete by going to https://bitbucket.org/<workspaceID>, changing the <workspaceID> to your workspace's workspace ID. You can also find your workspace by clicking on your avatar and selecting "All workspaces", then pick the one you wish to delete
2. Click on the gear icon on the top right corner and then click on "Workspace Settings" option to access the workspace settings;
3. On the new page that shows up, click on the "Delete workspace" button.
4. There will be two warning messages to prevent accidental workspace deletion

I believe you are an admin of the workspace.
