I would like to stay under 2GB to remain on the free plan.  How do I delete files from the repository?

Hi @Max Cacchione,

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

In order to delete files from the history in the repository (this is the only way to reduce the repository size) you have to use git filter-repo or BFG Repo-Cleaner.
