How do I create a webhook that triggers on a branch push or branch merge?

I have the same issue. I have been looking for a solution everywhere but no luck yet. :(

Yeah, I was asking more about this settings panel. So I guess it's not possible to trigger webhooks by Branch through Bitbucket.
