How do I change my password?

I logged in using my university email, how do I change my password? It asks for my current password but I dont have one for Jira. I tried my uni email password but it doesn't work.

If you log in to Bitbucket Cloud and Jira Cloud without SAML SSO, you can request a password reset email for your Atlassian account via this link:

• https://id.atlassian.com/login/resetpassword

If you get redirected to your university's SAML SSO when trying to log in, you will need to contact the administrator of SAML SSO at your university regarding resetting your password (if there is no option to reset the password on the SSO login page).
