How can check diffstat status stands for conflict or not?

I am using diffstat API and I can find that there are the different statuses for PR but I am not able to decide wheater the status means there are conflict or not. Let's consider below example,

When I hit diffstat API I get the following statuses

1. status - "removed"

2. status = "remote deleted"

3. status = "merge conflict"

So now here, I can assume that there is a conflict by only 3rd status as there is no official document I found where status meanings are there. 

I short I want to know that there is conflict in PR or not.

I think you also need to check for `status == 'local deleted'`
