My university recently changed the bitbucket plan from free to academic. Since then, when I try to login, all the repositories that were present are missing. The username for the previous account with repositories was REDACTED. But the current account has a different username of REDACTED. How do I resolve this?

Could you confirm if you can access the workspace repositories here? - https://bitbucket.org/REDACTED/workspace/repositories/

I have the same problem all my repos have dissappeared I had since years back,
all I see is
so what, have atlassian deleted 10 years worth of repos if you have not logged in for a few months?
