Have Bitbucket IPs changed?

Today, we have realised that our pipelines began to fail and after some investigation it looks like the IPs listed in this endpoint are not valid:

https://ip-ranges.atlassian.com/

I were able to verify this by altering the allow list. 

Anyway, my questions are:

1. What endpoint can we trust to have the most up-to-date bitbucket IPs for our whitelist?

2. Did the IPs recently change? I presume they have, but I have found no sources online to confirm

3. How often are these IPs rotated? Why was the endpoint listed above not updated?

4. Is anyone else having similar issues? We could use our pipelines yesterday without any issues
