Hi Muhammad and welcome to the community!

This cannot be set at the workspace level, but it can be done at the project level.

When you open the page of a Bitbucket workspace, you will see the Projects option at the top menu.

Click on that link, and then you can:

  1. Select a project from the project list
  2. Select Project settings
  3. Select Project permissions
  4. Add the group with Read permissions
  5. Repeat steps 1 to 4 for all projects on your workspace

Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions.

Kind regards,
Theodora

Hi @Muhammad Humair

Welcome to the community! To give a group access to all repos in a workspace you would need to follow these steps:

  • Go to Workspace Settings:

    • Log in to Bitbucket.
    • Select the workspace.
    • Click on the workspace name.
  • Manage Groups:

    • Go to "User and group access".
    • Click "Groups".
    • Select or create a group.
  • Set Permissions:

    • Set each repository's permission to "Read" for the group.

Please let us know if you need further help...

Best regards
Kugbe

There are a lot of repos in my current workspace. Is there an easier way to do this ?

Granting read access to all repositories in a Bitbucket workspace cannot be done directly through the Bitbucket web interface in one step. Instead, you have to set permissions for each repository individually through the Bitbucket web interface as stated by @Theodora Boudale.
