Hello everyone. We are having a problem on different computers, on different repositories and on different networks. Neither me nor other colleagues can push but we don't get error codes. Other teammates who had the problem were suddently solved. We have tried changing the .git credentials, setting up the credentials via app password or ssh, etc. We also made different modifications to the files by generating new commits and there is no way. We can do git pull without problem but when it comes to git push it is impossible. All our checks indicate that we are authenticated correctly. When doing the git push both through VS CODE interface and bash it gets stuck without progressing but without errors.

I show below some pictures of how everything looks like after making a push. It looks like this, without advancing, without anything.

Hi Lorenzo,

Please raise a ticket directly with our support team using the workspace URL for the paid workspace that you are a member of. We cannot troubleshoot this further on a public forum such as community, as troubleshooting requires revealing sensitive information and a formal ticket is needed to grant ourselves access to check your repo in the backend:

If you are unable to raise a ticket, please let me know the timezone you are in so I can raise one on your behalf and get it routed through to the correct team.

Cheers!
