Is there any way to get the content of a file in JSON format as it was in Bitbucket Server? I don't mind if has different values but I need it in JSON format so the result of the query can be parsed.

The Bitbucket Cloud API for retrieving a file's content returns the raw contents of the file:
You can get the file metadata in JSON format, but I'm afraid it is not possible to retrieve the content in JSON.
