Error Unique index or primary key violation insert into cwd_membership

Hi,

We have errors in our logs when importing users via an activedirectory connector.

ERROR [Caesium-1-1]  o.h.e.jdbc.spi.SqlExceptionHelper Unique index or primary key violation: "SYS_IDX_SYS_CT_10168_10170 ON PUBLIC.CWD_MEMBERSHIP(PARENT_ID, CHILD_ID, MEMBERSHIP_TYPE) VALUES ( /* key:1279202 */ null, 1245987, 1180149, 'GROUP_USER', null, null, null, null, null, null, null)"; SQL statement:
insert into cwd_membership (parent_id, child_id, membership_type, group_type, parent_name, lower_parent_name, child_name, lower_child_name, created_date, directory_id, id) values (?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?) [23505-176]
WARN  [Caesium-1-1]  o.h.e.jdbc.spi.SqlExceptionHelper SQL Error: 23505, SQLState: 23505

We can no longer assign users to the groups in this connector.

Can you help us please?

Hello Arnaud,

We have seen this problem a few times and created a page with the instructions to address it.

You can find it here: Atlassian Support Bitbucket 8.1 Bitbucket Server Knowledge Base Troubleshooting User Management Crowd Synchronization Fails with Integrity Constraint Violation

P.S. I know it's been some time since you posted the original question but I just came across this and hope that this answer will still help somebody in the future.
