We were changed email address from AAA@jts.com to AAA@PTS.com from Managed account as suggested by Atlassian compnay, but some user they have 2 user accounts AAA@JTS.com and AAA@PTS.com.
AAA@JTS.com is using Bitbucket
AAA@PTS.com using Jira and confluence
We are trying to replace AAA@JTS.com with AAA@PTS.com to access Bitbucket, Jira, confluence. Both accounts are "managed users"
But after replace the email users lost access to History(previous data)

Both Bitbucket Cloud and Jira/Confluence Cloud use Atlassian accounts for authentication. An Atlassian account is the one for https://id.atlassian.com/ and it is used to provide single login to multiple Atlassian Cloud products.
Right now, it sounds like your users may have two Atlassian accounts, one for AAA@JTS.com and another one for AAA@PTS.com.
Normally, if a certain email address is already in use by an Atlassian account, you won't be able to change the email of another Atlassian account to this one.
We will need to look into the status of your accounts at the moment and advise you on the next steps in a support ticket. I see that you have already created a support ticket for this issue.
