Email notification not receiving

When I pushed a code to our repo my developer can not receive email notification.

Hi @Shoaib and welcome to the community!

The user's email address is not in any of our suppression lists.

The user most likely hasn't subscribed for notifications on commits to this repo. Please ask the user to check the following:

  1. Open the repository on Bitbucket Cloud website
  2. Select Source from the left sidebar (in case a page other than the Source opens by default)
  3. On this page, select the 3 dots at the top right corner (next to the Clone button) > select Manage notifications
  4. In the new dialog that shows, select Watch this repository and ensure that the checkbox Commits is checked

If they have access to multiple repos, they will need to do the same for each repo.

Additionally, ask them to double-check that notifications are not disabled on this page:
