Does the hosted version of Crucible support Git and the GitFlow workflow?

Hello.

We've been using Gerrit with GitFlow and we find that it is costs a lot in maintenance and isn't particularly easy to understand. We're looking for a new solution and we thought that Crucible might work.

We work with Git/GitFlow and Jenkins.

Would this be possible with Crucible? And further, would it be possible in both the hosted and on-site versions?

Hi @Mark Mark,

Crucible is available only as downloadable product installed on-site, there is no hosted version available anymore.  See https://www.atlassian.com/software/crucible/overview/.  It natively supports Git and various workflows, including GitFlow.

Depending whether you are looking for hosted or on-site version, you may also consider 2 other products from Atlassian, both of them natively support Git and GitFlow:

* Stash (https://www.atlassian.com/software/stash) is available as on-site version only, it is Git tailored source code management tool.
* Bitbucket (https://www.atlassian.com/software/bitbucket/overview/) is hosted, DVCS tailored code hosting solution natively supporting Git and Mercurial.
