Hi,
we are migrating from self-hosted gitlab to the bitbucket. We are intending to import all our gitlab repositories to bitbucket.
While importing, does bitbucket scan for viruses, ransomwares, cryptojacking malwares and other malwares?
Note: We have just purchased cloud premium version of bitbucket.
Thanks
Sabin Chhetri
Hi Sabin,
We do not perform any such scans during import.
There are some third-party apps that can be integrated with Bitbucket Cloud and can detect security vulnerabilities, you can explore such apps here:
We have also partnered with Snyk in an integration, you can find more details here:
Kind regards,
Theodora
