I'm a sysadmin for Jira/Confluence cloud. At some point some of my users, including me, got stuck with seeing BitBucket as a product they can access. We're not being billed or anything but it's really annoying to see the product in the top left hand product menu when no-one has ever used it.
The documentation online has led me in circles.
Has anyone else suffered this?
