Does Pipelines offer built-in support for SAP Hybris and Salesforce cloud integrations?

In integrating between Hybris and Salesforce, are there existing connectors or is customization required? 

If Pipelines supports these connections, would Standard or Premier fulfill the need? Premier appears to do IP whitelisting, so is this a requirement for cloud-to-cloud integration?
