Do I have to online push after online editing?

My repository contains a commit like

README.md edited online with Bitbucket
Not in the Master Branch.
I was using the online editor for updating the text file.
The local git does not reflect that change.
Do I have to online push, before the local git will see the change?
I expected that something like git pull would update the local repo with new information.
But it did not.
So I am wondering, how I have to use the online editor so that the local git sees the change.
My current thinking is. That I don´t know where the online push button is.

I was not able to repeat or deliberately provoke the problem.

The git client from yesterday is not alive anymore.

Todays pulling worked as expected.

Answer: No, there is no online push button available.

A commit (Approved) will be sufficient for distributing new information to git clients.
