Dev Bamboo server cannot access git repository

Hi Atlassian Team,
As the picture shown below, the Dev Bamboo server cannot access the git repository.
On 2024/4/20, the host bitbucket will be upgraded from the current version 7.21.19 to 8.9.11.
Want to know whether this update can fix this issue or not.
Our bamboo version is Atlassian Bamboo version 9.2.4 build 90203
