Default Reviewers List of Bitbucket Repository

I have to extract a list of default reviewers all repositories in our bitbucket instance. So, can someone please let me know the database table name from which I can extract the list?

I have found one table named 'AO_9DEC2A_DEFAULT_REVIEWER' which contains ENTITY_ID and FK_RESTRICTED_ID fields but am unable to relate them with other tables from which I can get repository information.
