Creating a template for repository ?

Does Bitbucket have native support that enables users to predefine template for a repository ? This is to make sure that anytime a repository is created by a user, it predefined files and package structure ?

Welcome to the Atlassian Community! 

Unfortunately Bitbucket Cloud does not currently support predefined templates for repositories.

You can find and vote for an open feature request here: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/BCLOUD-18603

There is also an app available for Bitbucket Server that adds support for templates, but unfortunately it's not available for Cloud.
