Creating a distribution concept on Bitbucket

Hi guys,

I just started to work with Bitbucket and maybe some can help me to find the right settings or options for my following tasks.

I would like to create a distribution concept.

- I would like to see who has permissions (can also be handled in groups instead of single persons)

- I would like to get a good overview on who has access and also who had access

- A way how to distribute the updates (maybe possible with the defined groups from the permissions and send them a mail or notification?)

- Distribute special updates for special scenarios (only to related group of people)

In which settings should I start with and what tasks are necessary to get all these things done?
