Create multiple user using same EmailD for CICD

I'd like to create one or more machine user accounts i.e. jenkins that perform CI/CD actions - and don't want to manage a chain of new Atlassian accounts, would help if it can be done under one Atlassian id. by using same Email.

Unfortunately, this is not possible as an email address can only be associated with a single Atlassian account.
