Corrupted Repository

This morning MST, I created a new repository. This was coincidentally during the service outages today, which I didn't know about till later. The repository seems to be corrupted, whenever I click on it to open it, I get a "Creating repository: Please wait a moment while we create your repository" message that doesn't go away. Is it be possible to delete the repository so I can start over again?
