So I have a comment/question.  When trying to figure out a "success ratio" to compare pods, teams and PM's, I wonder what formula you use.  More or less like a quick ratio.  My initial thought was to look at the Sprint report and take the number of stories done, subtract the number of stories incomplete or removed from the sprint, then divide that result by the total stories pulled in to get a percentage, then take the weighted average over time.  Looking at this quarterly or yearly to get a feel how successful a team is overall.  Any ideas?, comments?, alternatives?
