I have tried to change my email address.
It tells me that it is sending an email to confirm change, but neither my old or new email address is receiving the message.
My new email address is a @Gmail.com address (ie: should accept messages from Atlassian)
I've check my spam/junk folder and nothing there either.
Help!

When you change the email address of an Atlassian account, an email is sent to the email address you want to change to for confirmation of the change.
We'll need to know which email address you want to change to, so that we can check if it is in our suppression list and the emails aren't being delivered.

Please mention in the ticket the email address of your existing account, the email address you want to switch to and the fact that you don't receive emails to complete the change.
