Cant remove my organisations

I cant delete my organisations because i cant remove free products. Please try to fix that!

Hi @phamrak and welcome to the community!

I don't see any Bitbucket workspaces linked to the organizations you are an admin of, but I see deactivated Jira sites linked to them.

Removing products from an organization can take several weeks.

If the Jira instances had the original billing experience, you should be able to delete the organization the first day after the products are fully deactivated.

If the Jira instances had the improved billing experience, you have to wait an additional 60 days after the products are deactivated to delete the organization.
