Cant get email invites

When someone sends me an invite to a workspace/repo they just get pending invite and I dont get any mail/invite.

Hi Aman,

I can't see any SMTP bounce errors from your mail server, so this indicates to me that there is no blockage in receiving these invitation emails.

I would suggest following this email troubleshooting article and searching for our mail address in your inbox that send invites in case they have been picked up by a filter and aren't immediately visible to you:

  • noreply@am.atlassian.com
