Cannot login in Bitbucket account

Question

I just signup recently in JIRA and add Bitbucket in my premium account and using JIRA... but sometime i cannot login in my bitbucket account, says user and password wrong, but i am already login in JIRA account... one of my team member can login in bitbucket but not all... can you help us on this issue.

The user accounts used for Bitbucket and JIRA are not directly related to eachother. Any changes in credentials in either one does not have any effect on the other. If you take this into account, your issue might already get resolved. Please use the password recovery option on Bitbucket to reset your password in order to gain access in case you forgot your password.
