I've received an email with an invitation link to a bitbucket repository. Sadly I have problems logging in. I've tried both Google-Chrome and Firefox yesterday and today. No Success.
My account is quite old and I was inactive for more than 5 years. Maybe it just needs some kind of reactivation?
Please help me.
Kind regards.
Hi Ulf and welcome to the community!
Your Bitbucket Cloud account was indeed in a dormant state, which I believe is the reason why you couldn't log in.
I reactivated it just now. Could you please try logging in when you have some time, and let me know if the issue is resolved?
Kind regards,
Theodora
@Ulf Bartel welcome to the Atlassian community
Have you tried recovering your Atlassian account? https://support.atlassian.com/atlassian-account/docs/log-in-to-your-atlassian-account/
Are you able to login to just your Atlassian account? Does your Atlassian account email match the email on the invite?

Thanks for your anser:
1) Login to https://home.atlassian.com works
2) Shown email is the same as in the invitation link
3) I already have done a password reset
4) visiting https://bitbucket.org results in some redirects to https://id.atlassian.com and then displays "We couldn’t log you in".
5) If I log out at atlassian.com and try to login directly on bitbucket.org it is the same as in 4)
Anything more I can try?

@Ulf Bartel Can you setup a free bitbucket account with your email to ensure that you are able to login to bitbutcket? (Do not use the link). If you are able to login to bitbucktet without any issues then you will need to work with the individual who sent the invite to ensure that the account information on his end is correct and that you still have access. If it does not work I can escalate to Atlassian and they can take a look at your account.
