I am unable to access my repos . Could you please help restore this ?

The Bitbucket Cloud account with the same email as your community account is not deactivated. This account doesn't have access to the workspace you are trying to access.
You can reach out to an admin of the workspace and ask them if they can grant you access. The Bitbucket Cloud support team cannot grant you access to another workspace.
Just a heads up, I edited the username and workspace-id from the URL you posted to comply with our privacy policy.
