For some reason today, I've been unable to access my BitBucket account. I've had to create this temporary account just to even write this support ticket. It is extremely frustrating to all of a sudden not be given access to my own private repos.
I need help with this asap. I've obfuscated my email below, but someone needs to figure this out. I don't get a recovery email in my Inbox/Spam or anything else when resetting my password.

Could you please let me know what your email address is of that account? I can obscure it from our site later.
Once I know that address, I can check it against our mail suppression system. If we can find it there, I can clear it which should then allow you to complete a password reset.
