I think you may have misunderstood what we are here. The community is a load of end-users of Atlassian software who try to help each other with problems.
We're not support, you have no entitlement to any response or feedback, and, most importantly, we, as volunteers, have other things to do, and we contribute when we can, not on-demand.
You will get answers, probably very good ones, when people have the time to answer.
