Can we restrict the number of users who can access a particular plugin in Bitbucket Data center

Is there any feature in bitbucket to restrict the number of users(suppose we have 1000 members in data center only 200 members should be given access) for any particular plugin(inlcuding 3rd party plugins) in Bitbucket Data center

The answer is dependent on which plugin you're referring to, as a small number of plugins will have an access control mechanism built in, but the most common answer is going to be no, you cannot limit who can see what plugins. Even if you did find a plugin that allowed you to limit it's use, you would have to license the plugin at the 1000 user level, not the 200 as that's how the licensing process works.
