Can't create a new workspace

I am trying to add a new workspace in Bitbucket and documentation suggests that I go to "All workspaces" and then click on "Add new workspace." Unfortunately I can't see an "add a new workspace" button or navigation anywhere. 

I have tried using Firefox and Chrome.

Could you please share which documentation page includes the steps you posted in your question?

The workspace creation process for Bitbucket Cloud has changed. Workspaces can now be created only from https://admin.atlassian.com/, specifically from a certain organization in https://admin.atlassian.com/

If you don't have an organization already in https://admin.atlassian.com/, you can create one via https://admin.atlassian.com/o/create. After an organization is created, you can follow these steps to create a Bitbucket workspace from within that organization:

1. Select the Products tab on the top navigation bar.

2. Select the Add product button.

3. Select Bitbucket from the list of products.

4. Name your workspace. Workspace ID is auto-created in accordance with your workspace name but you can adjust it.

5. Select the Agree and add button to create your workspace in Atlassian Administration and agree to the Atlassian Cloud Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
