Can't clone via SSH or HTTPS, can't download zip

I have a private repo of about 500 MB. Cloning via SSH sometimes stalls out while counting objects, or compressing, or after downloading about 5 MB. Cloning via HTTPS stalls out about 5 MB in. Same with shallow clone. The "download" button gets somewhere between 1 MB and 30 MB in, then stalls out.

Is there a feature like Google Takeout that will help me exfiltrate this repo off of Bitbucket?
