I need to change the primary billing/tech contact for account SEN-5148980. I can't do it myself. I receive this error when trying to make this change: "This user can't be made primary contact because their email domain doesn't match yours, or they are using a generic email domain. They are able to promote themselves if logged in."
Please help me resolving that.
