Hello.
I need to change the primary billing/tech contact for account SEN-5148980. I can't do it myself. I receive this error when trying to make this change: "This user can't be made primary contact because their email domain doesn't match yours, or they are using a generic email domain. They are able to promote themselves if logged in."
Please help me resolving that.
These is only way you need to request to user whom you want as technical Contact to login the My Atlassian and then make him/herself as Primary Technical Contact.
Note: User should have account on My Atlassian login then you can make him/her as Primary Technical Contact.
