It pops up an error message in the bottom-left saying "Issue adding new user" whenever I try to add a 3rd team member by their email address. Tried 2 different emails, made sure there aren't any spaces on the ends, and even tried switching wifi networks and devices, nothing's working.

Could you please confirm if the users you are trying to invite already have a Bitbucket account? If they don't have a Bitbucket account yet, please ask them to create one on the following link using the same email you are trying to invite:
Once they create the Bitbucket account you can try inviting them again and let us know how it goes.
