Can someone explain why I see Reports in Bitbucket cloud but not on my Data Center version?

Hello - I have a cloud instance of Bitbucket Cloud. When I look at Installed apps, I see "Reports" which adds a Reports menu item in the left hand nav of all my repositories. It has 3 reports. It's kind of nice. I believe this is what was called Code Insights.
Why can't I find this feature on Bitbucket Data Center? Based on the documentation, I am running version 6.7.3 which should have Code Insights.
Is there something I am missing here?
