Hi Mayur, what would you like to achieve by linking these 2 Bitbucket instances?
Currently, it's not possible to link 2 Bitbucket instances, as there's no such thing as an application navigator in them. If you were using Jira or Confluence, then you could create application links between all of them so you can "jump" from your Jira to Bitbucket Cloud, for example, using the menu in the top left corner. This is explained at Link to Server Apps from Cloud.
