Can I upgrade from Bitbucket 5.16.10 to Bitbucket 7.21.5 (Data Center)

We are running on Bitbucket Data Center 5.16.10. Can we do a direct upgrade to 7.21.5?

You should be able to directly upgrade without having to upgrade from Bitbucket 5 to Bitbucket 6.
