Can BitBucket be manipulated from the command line?

My code is stored in Bitbucket cloud.

I am wanting to activities from the command line that I typically go to the website to do, like merge or approve pull requests.  I tried to search for the CLI and while I see lots of articles about it, I don't see where to actually get the CLI.

There seems to be a 3rd party tool by AppFire but it's for on-prem.

So...is there an actual CLI for Bitbucket cloud?

Bitbucket has a REST api, so you can use `curl`/`wget` or any other CLI http client.
