CAPTCHA in Stash

I have somehow enabled CAPTCHA for one and only one of our Stash users.

How can I disable CAPTCHA for the user?

So you are 100% it's just one user? Or is it just CAPTHA is enabled and one user is repeatedly failing login?

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.

CAPTCHA is not enabled.

Only one user is prompted with CAPTCHA after the first login attempt. The login fails, even when the user types in the correct password.

For that one user, login will only succeeded when the correct password AND CAPTCHA are entered.

It makes no sense.
