There is a repository I'm working on, which is a paid plan, where the pipeline got stucked at Cloning stage and there was no log at all. I had to manually restart it. This happened once and this is no problem but in case it happens again, at a time I'm not monitoring it, is it possible to refund the time spent?
I'm asking for refund because I've seen that there is recent changes in Bitbucket cloning strategy.
