Is there some way to add a branch permission pattern that apply to all branches merged into development except the branch named release.
i.e.
merge feature/PR-123 -> development // Need 2 reviewer
merge hotfix/fix-123 -> development // Need 2 reviewer
etc.
merge release -> development // No reviewers needed
