Branch Permissions not working

I have a Branch Permission for my development branch that only allows to merge via Pull Request. I recently noticed that I can push directly to the development branch. What I'm expecting pushing to development to be rejected.

This is my configuration. Am I missing anything? Thanks!!

The configuration on your screenshot should work like you expect, e.g. any direct push to development branch should be rejected. So this sounds like an issue to me, we need to find out what happened. Do you mind opening a support case with us and sharing the information on the repository in question privately there?
