Bitbucket v5.10.2 loading application links page causes in NullPointerException, no links shown

A person added an extra application link but I do not know more details than that.  So I am assuming they added a link incorrectly.

I do not know where the application links are stored to try manually edit them/delete the offending item.  Any help would be greatly welcome!

The start of the error in the log is:

So when I finally got a window to take the server off line, I just rebooted it and it fixed the problem.  The server apparently stopped responding while the app link was being configured for linking with a trial bamboo instance.  So now things are good without changing anything in the database.
